Returns

We do not accept returns on all orders

We have a 14-day exchange only policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request to swap sizes or exchange, if value of the product is less then original purchase store credit will be  issued to use within 12 months from date of the purchase. If value is higher difference need to be paid before we can post out your exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and exchanges on sale items.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to exchange your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product for exchange, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be to exchange for different size or any product within the same or above, meaning any exceeding value of exchanged product need to be payed before processing your order and need to be clarified within exchanging process. Please remember it can take some time for us to fulfil your request as some of our products are made to order and requires time to make  and post.
